Managing a staff of zero, out back in rural Florida.
Hello! My name is Kat. If you have stumbled upon this page, I can only assume that you know me, somehow found my blog, or didn’t like something I said on social media. I am a multi-color haired, loud, and outspoken left-leaning/liberal individual. That tends to make some people cranky.
I’ve had this domain for a long time and planned to use it for something, someday; however, I had no idea what. I tend to get hyperfocused on things and I will deep dive into them. Sometimes, too many times, that involves me buying a whole domain, making a website, and info dumping on it. This is because one of my hobbies is making websites (and it used to be part of my profession).
It’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just that a year later when the domain is up for renewal, the hyperfixation has usually passed. Instead of renewing a bunch of random domains every year, I just let them lapse and lose all of my work. It’s not a huge loss, but it kind of sucks nonetheless.
So, here we are. I thought I could just use this domain that I always renew and put all my info-dumping right here. I will probably still make websites, but now, maybe I will make fewer lol. Plus, I am always making crafts and various things, sharing them on social media, and then losing track of them later. Now I will have my own directory I can reference. Huzzah!
No part of this website, the text, images, crafts, etc. were made using generative AI. My name is Kat. I am a human and I make and write all the things.
It’s not a bad thing. I just did not think anyone would ever read this page, not to mention getting down to the end of the page! Oh this feels like “The Monster at the End of This Book.” Now I need to go look that up. What a great a book.
Sir, this is a blog. Just some notes from the yard that remain proudly unfiltered, unmonetized, and completely unoptimized for search engines. Hand-crafted for an audience of one (me), but you’re welcome to look around.
